This would work only if you post from the same PC on the same network? I use a laptop and travel a lot, using wireless hotspots, I could conceivably have multiple IP over a week. Also do most ISP's use Dynamic IP addys? Is a sign-up too much trouble?
This would ensure that you would use one username.
Of course you could sign up under multiple names if you really wanted to.

im not sure if this helps but my middle name is actually David!!!

the only problem id see with revieling every1s IP address is that it would be easy for hackers to access a computer that is not suitably protected with firewall and antivirus software.
