Id like to take this chance to thank every1 who turned up for tonights meeting at stubshaw cross.

It was an overwhelming success for the 6 of us in the action group. we cant thank you all enough for the clear support you showed us tonight and i know for a fact certain idividuals were not happy at the meeting, and they were only unhappy because of the support against the project that was shown.

Many thanks again every1 involved especially Ian Ann David Sean you did Ashton proud.

Tonight was a sure sign that the people of Ashton do not want this development.

It was clear that a lot of people there had heard litle or nothing about it and so our aim to make more people aware was a success.

Our message that this was not a political event, I hope was clear, because I think this is an issue that can be supported by all across the Ashton area.

Thanks again not just to those mentioned above but to the many people who have helped with the distribution and printing of leaflets.
