25,000 seat Cricket Stadim

Does anyone know where the proposed stadium for the Lancashire cricket team is to be built ?
It is said to be a 25,000 seater.

One paper said it was "south of Wigan".

It is interesting to speculate where it might be sited. Perhaps they might put a roof over the hole at Sandyforth? :)
