Re: Magazine in Ashton?

Copycats in Garswood Street used to circulate one - I haven't seen a copy for a couple of years though, so perhaps it wasn't economical for them. It was mainly advertising with a couple of articles about Ashton in it.

Producing a magazine is costly and time-consuming, though it might be a project you want to try if you're enthusiastic enough:) I preferred the route of producing websites some years ago to highlight the work of community groups in the town - it's cheaper, easier, and also doesn't date the same. If you have webspace then why not produce an Ashton teenage website?

Was it a church magazine - St Thomas still do a small magazine with church related activities in it
