Floral Displays

What has happened to the Floral baskets we used to have throughout each summer season in the town centre of Ashton?? Was the money spent by CAP on uprooting the living Millennium Ash Tree outside our library and replacing it by a dead pine tree for 2 weeks at Xmas???

Anyone prepared to open a "book" that a certain contributor to this site will answer every question, bar the one you asked.
