Need help locating Janice-Smith-Sherman....

Hi everyone in Ashton in Makerfield!!!
kindly reply to my e-mail if you know this Lady. Given name Janice Sherman,
name after marriage: Janice Smith.
Has a Son named Simon - should be in his early 20's today. Janice was involved with tourism and lived in Israel for a few years.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
If anyone reading this posting knows of a better way to locate a person i.e.
contacting city-hall (for example) kindly advise their web-site address.
