Florida Pet laws
We are thinking of moving to southern Florida. We have a 55 lb Labradoodle and 6 companion birds. This is going to be a challenging move and finding a place to live that will accomodate all our animals. Someone mentioned there are strict bird transport laws in Florida but I cannot seem to find any info suggesting that on the web. Does anyone know more about this? Are the associations in Florida really strict about pets? Aren't there regular single family homes without associations? Or is that the norm. We have a Sun Conure that is a bit of a screamer- our "watch Bird" ..are we heading for a nightmare trying to find a place to live. We need a dog friendly beach nearby as well, and jobs... Well we need a lot of things. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks
