Raising a Guide Dog Puppy

I am very interested in raising a guide dog puppy and I just wondered if anyone out there had expreiences with it. I live in Illinois and I am am having a lot of trouble finding a guide dog school on the internet that will let me raise a puppy since i live in Illinois. If anyone knows of or has ahd experiences with a guide dog school near Illinios you can let me know and thanks a lot!
