I had MkAFD working fine a few months ago.
Have need to use it again with my WW1 Flanders project to add airfields. However, over the past week I have had no success with it, to my great embarrassment and frustration.
Can enter degrees and whole minutes, but the decimal minutes are either ignored or returned to defaults of 'x,5999'.
I did not have this problem before.
I enter decimal points but these revert to commas, but dont recall this happening before.
Have tried using keyboard numbers rather than numberpad, which I vaguely recall was required, but this doesn't have any affect.
Airfield data returns wrong co-ords as well.
Have re-downloaded the utility this week again to ensure no corruption.
Have altered numeric format by the Regional and Language folder in Control Panel, trying different languages, all to no avail.
I have done an immense amount of work totalling many many hours over the past six months on this project, learning how to create VTP1 roads and VTP1 polygon airfields to recreate Flanders 1914-18 with GoogleEarth, G2k, FSSC, PsP and MB with an anticipated 100 airfields in their correct locations and layouts.
Would be most grateful if you could suggest a solution.
