A question for you. If you build a new airfield, is there a way to have the listing show up in the regular airfields listing as opposed to the 6.0 scenery list?
The airfield listing is controlled by AFD (Airport Facility Data) info stored in bgl files.
For CFS2 you can create an AFD bgl using my MkAFD tool. This is quick`n'dirty but it does the job for CFS2 where you only really need the runway locationinformation. You just set the runway location , country, region and Airfield name and away you go.
For FS you would be better off using the AFD functions provided by FSSC or Airport or, if for FS2004, AFCAD2. These will let you set other factors like Taxiways , Navaids and even the location of the tower.
