In line electric fuel pump installed. Motor starts, runs good in neutral. Low idle, turn handle speed increase, sounds good. Put in gear and only runs in slow speed. Every now and then it will kick in for a couple of seconds, then back to slow speed. Water coming out in splatters but warm not hot. What should I check next?
