can any one identify this wizard moter by model plate and appraise

the model number is W64 serial is 5117 . thank you for the help

Did you mean WG4? the 1952 model serial numbers ran from 507512 to 517511

A WG4 looks like this:

I paid $75 for my WG4 motor.
