Looking on the tables on Jason's website, the original mix was 3/4 pts. SAE-30 per gallon of gas. outboard 2 cycle oils are much better at lubricating than the old motor oils could.

Perhaps a little heavy on oil...3/8 pint of TCW 3 per gallon figures
out to 6/128 or about 1 part oil to 22 parts gasoline.
