im having trouble identifying the year on this motor the plate says western auto supply model #c0c66099a17 serial #10937 can you help?

Chrysler made a water cooled 9.2 twin in mid 1960's and they were a Western Auto supplier.
Carburetor Tillotson MT-97 A If that is what is on
powerhead case solved. 66 probably indicates 1966
