I have a 57 Wizard Powermatic 12. Will it time (synchronization)the same as a Mark 15, 20, 25 (when tiller is on stop sector gear on second tooth)? Mine is set between 4th and 5th tooth. Thanks for any input.

Yep, you got it. Sync it on the 2nd tooth.
