I happen to have an old ABOS Outboard Service Manual for 30hp and under motors(fifth edition)from which I quoted. Local public library has quite a bit of vintage outboard information as this is an area with a lot of water & boats. Odds are pretty good your library has or can obtain on loan a book covering smaller 1960's outboard motors.
Wizard outboards were made by several suppliers so it is important to know who actually made the outboard. Outboards supplied to Western Auto (and other retailers) tend to be similar if not the same as those sold under makers brand. West Bend began supplying outboards to Western Auto in early 1960's just before Chrysler purchased West Bend.(also sold
under Chrysler and Montgomery Ward Sea King brands)
