Am I doing something wrong? Ive removed the lower gear case. I cant get the section between the drive shaft housing and the lower gear case. Ive removed every screw, bolt and nut, except for the one on the top at the back side of the upper gear housing. If anyone has a write up on how to replace the impeller I would be greatly thankful. Even just a hey you need to do this. Im at wits end with this thing!!!!

just figured it out. it was that stupid nuetral cable!!!!

Way to go. That neutral cable can be temperamental. You'll hve to let us know how it works when you get it out on the water.
