I have gotten the whole bottom apart on my WG4, but I cannot get the big brass washer off the impeller housing to get to the impeller, How do I get it off? Also where can I pickup a new impeller if I need it? Thanks

I got the washer off and need to replace the impeller. I have ordered a replacement from east coast but it looks like there was oil on the seals in the impeller housing, is it suppose to be that way or are the seals bad?
