I have a 1956, 3.5 hp wizard. Where the fuel line exits the fuel tank there is a line connection with an extra metal tube coming off of it. I have never run the motor but it seems to me the gas would just drain out of the line through the metal tube. Does anyone know what this tube is for? Also do I have to start the motor in a tub of water so it won't overheat. Thanks
