seems like u guys know your stuff. I need to know what year this motor is and where I can find parts if i need them, but most importantly a diagram.

The motor is not locked up, no corrosion etc. havent checked the spark or compression yet. every thing looks good minus a few bad hoses and some worn out groments and motor mounts.

Just need info on it!

You've got a 1961 7.5HP McCulloch-made Wizard outboard. Parts shouldn't be too hard to find, as these were also marketed as Elgins at Sears. For the basics you might want to start here:
