Just asking if anyone owns a wizard powermatic 12 and can tell me how they like it because I have a chance to buy one that runs well, for cheap

Iwas wondering how cheep is cheep?I am new to this hobby and purchase a pwr12 last month! It does not run,but it is complete except for fuel tank.

Any complete wizard with no parts missing for a $100.00 or less is a good deal.
