Can anyone tell me about this outboard, WD4S #272125. What year is it? whats it worth. It's missing the cowl, but everything else seems to be there. Turns over free and has good compression. Any info would be apprieciated.

Same as a Mercury KD4S & built in the 47-48 time period. Six H.P. & cost $159.50 new Probably in the $75-150 range.
