1) Yes it is open to the public and has a link to the AOMCI and there is a link on the AMOCI links Page under the link title Jason Baxter's Wizard Outboard Site & Forum.
2)I have been pondering forsale ads. I would say yes as long as it is Wizard related.
3)Pictures are fine.
