More information is required for us to have a better idea about what that could have been. I would imagine that some kind of frustration has been causing many people to be mean. We need to know if the people dealt with on the phone are similar in some ways in both cases in terms of whether or not the same types of people were calling. Just wondering something...On Wednesday, everyone I talked to at my work said that they had had mean and rude people on the phones all day. (I do tech support). I also had hardly a nice person talk to me, which is very odd. One person who was nice that I talked to was a secretary, who mentioned that she had had the same problem with mean people all day. Does anyone have an explanation for what that could have been? Something astrological or some messed up auras or something?
