You don't have to believe in a church. You believe in God. You believe in Jesus Christ. Some people seem to have forgotten that they are not worshipping the church or it's leaders but Jesus Christ himself. Many people that have arguments against religion are actually against the church itself or a church that they know, not actually against the religion. I think a lot of people are getting these mixed up.

So when you say the church is the same as the goverment you're forgetting that it's just a man made institution it really has nothing to do with the religion itself. You can choose not to go to church. You can choose to worship God at home or whichever way you want. So forget about the church ruling the underclass for a paycheck because you really don't have to go to church. Going to church does not make you a good christian. You can go to church and be a horrible person. It's all about your own personal connection with God. Because God knows what your intentions are and whether or not you're truly genuine.
