The pattern you're referring to is the work of Joe Howell of the Blue Herron Fly Shop. I believe his company is located in Astoria (?) Oregon. The patterns I've seen on-line are vague and sometimes inaccurate and it might be worth a little research to call/contact Joe directly. Sorry I can't help you more!
