I live in michigan, and have fished most streams here and ohio. Most of my fall steelhead come on size 6,8 eggs either glow bugs, estaz eggs, or nuke eggs. then during the winter smaller stones, sparrow nymphs, and Hex patterns. There are many diffrent sites to find these patterns hope these help

I currently live on the Stillwater River in Montana and tie quite a few flies for trout. My brother lives in northwest Indiana and I am curious about what types of flies would be appropriate in that area for Steelhead. I want to tie a bunch up for his birthday.
