I have tried to find out form various sources what type feathers are used in several patterns referenced in Leonard's "Flies"; Mary Orvis Marbury's book and most rcently "Forgotten FLies". Specifically, those which reference "whole feathers" w/o specific reference to a bird type. I guess they could be Goose but where do I get them and does someone have a recommendation for a hook?
