Hi, I am looking for a fill-in-the-blank type memory book for my sisters and I to fill out. Our mother recently died, and one of the grandkids is only a few months old, and will never know her except through stories. A webpage is not practical at this time. I understand what you are looking for, and as of right now, I know of none like that.
You might go ahead and consider using a scrapbook, and pattern it after a "baby's first years" to show those milestones that I believe you want to share. Being able to add text and quotes from family, or letters would be wonderful. As you progress in this project, you may even find a way to share with others the discoveries on how you put it together. I think it would be a wonderful aid to others to keep the memory of love alive and to share.
