WS19-MKII testing without control box

Good morning everyone,
several years ago I bought a WS19-MKII that the previous owner used only in reception.
Then I found the dynamotor and variometer.
Unfortunately, I can no longer find the control box.
Is it possible to test the transceiver A in CW without the control box?
Is it necessary to make some connections between the pins of the PL2A connector?
