No TX when in vibrator mode using the CW key

Hello All

I'm in a rather strange situation here with my 1944 WS19Mk3 By Northen Electric. When Im in receive operation psu on vibrator rx is fine but when I plug the CW key in the dynamotor starts and the meter show HT2 but when I try to TX it does not. The HT1 drops to 0
When I put the psu on dynamotor mode I have HT1 and HT2 and it transmits
wierd...

does anybody had the same or similar issue???
and how can I fix it???
