My 19 set power supply has just broken down , I think its quite bad . The dynamotor was running fine , it suddenly slowed down , started to absorb loads of current and get hot . Checked all components , they seem fine . I guess it could be the motor coils . Anyone had any similar experiences ? Strange as this psu is virtually as new condition . Is it possible to get these motors repaired , or does anyone have a spare they would like to part with . Thanks Mark.

Do you own a serviceable 19 Set? yes

This is often the result of running the dynamotors without proper
lubrication.

Eurton Electric in California has rebuilt dynamotors in the past and can
probably still do it. They aren't cheap but they do excellent work.
