I have a No. 19 set which has been butchered in some
very odd ways, and I'd really like to see a properly working radio. The two capacitors directly below the 807 have been removed and a number of wires chopped up, and in spite of the schematic I have been unable to figure out how the filament wiring should go and what the lead coming off the multi-contact switch nearby really does... a few minutes looking inside a properly working radio would be a huge help for me. If there are any in the mid-Atlantic region of the US that are owned by someone who wouldn't mind my taking a look at them, I'd appreciate an email at kludge at panix.com.
