This season all fish must come back to the scales for weighing. In 2008 we intend to adopt a measure to weight system whereby all fish are returned to the sea during the match although fish over a certain size can come back to the scales. Fish may also be kept by the captor is he wants to eat it. Many do. It's a Belgium system which I await a copy of so the exact details are not known just yet. Do you fish the SPL.
