I'm hoping someone can give me some tips or opinions on how I'm planning to groom my puppy. I would like to give him a bath every 2 weeks using Hagen Tearless puppy shampoo and Wahl Conditioner. I normally brush him every week and now I'm finding that it's so much easier to groom him while his coat is totally wet. Would it be okay, if every week, I bathe him with only the Wahl conditioner then rinse? Then on the 2nd week, give him the full bath with shampoo and conditioner? Would this damage his fur or cause skin irritations? I do prefer the feel of his coat after a bath when it's softer than normal.
