Two questions this time.
First, in relation to what happened to me recently in the match play incident. Someone suggested that because the opposing side had agreed a Rule decision on the green, and we had already played from the next tee, that regardless of the Rule being right or wrong, they had accepted the decision and it was too late to change their mind.
Is that a Rule in matchplay, does anyone know?

And secondly, in a strokeplay event, on the walk from one green to the next tee, Player A offers Player B some unsolicited advice about his swing. Where is the penalty applied the previous hole or the next one?
