Anyone that has entered for next years event and has not much experience of Scottish walking and maybe fancying including the Lairig Ghru in their routes should have a look at the above mentioned programme on Iplayer (available till 6 Th Nov).It gives a good insight into what you are taking on, of course you have to factor in the elements that might be prevailing at the time.
Of course you will be going the other way to the runners....wont you????
