Hi Ulla,

Ian and I are planning to head up to Loch Beoraid from Lochailort, then over to Glen Pean and Strathan, either over the pass to the west of Sgurr nan Coireachan or, if we feel up to it, over SNC and Sgurr Thuilm.

We've booked a room at the hotel. Might as well pamper ourselves while we can!

Hi Ulla,

I started last year from Lochailort and made my way from there to Glenfinnan... As you can guess by looking at the map, along the A830!!! I'm sure you've got more sense than I did anyways and you won't choose the road but just in case - don't do it! It's horrid! The amount of cars, vans and big trucks were passing was incredible and highly stressful! This year when choosing my route - I'll be avoiding the roads like a plague!

Just booked a room at the Inn, the last double for the Thursday night. There still are a couple of twins available.

I had a room, but changed my starting point. After trying to figure out how to get from there to Fort William, I changed my mind. It just looked like too much walking on the roads... I hope to meet you all some other place on our crossings!
