We have arranged a Community Gala for Saturday 21.5.2011
Time 11am to 4pm
Venue - Liverpool Road Garden Sat Nat WN49LH (directly opposite St Oswalds Church)

The Gala will be officially opened by former St Helens & Great Britain International Rugby Player Paul Loughlin at 11 am and we will be auctioning off several sports memorabilia including signed Rugby balls by Paul Loughlin, Bernard Dwyer & Phil Veivers. Also a signed Man City Away Shirt signed by three Brazilian stars Elano, Geovanni & Jo.

We have entertainment throughout the day provided by local community dancers, Wigan Leisure & Culture Trust Physibodies team are attending to engage the children in outdoor play. We have Birds of prey, pony rides, face painting, stalls, tombola, games, food, bouncy castle and slide.

We are encouraging youngsters to attend in Fancy Dress and we will conclude with a fancy dress parade.
