Ashton, well Wigan is flower orientated which is great,

I have barely been here a year so to come to a town so floral is awesome.

When Violas are planted they go to seed, I never knew that but yes, they do, sort of in a 'V' shape.

What happens to Ashton's plants when they die, do they allow them to go to seed then save the seed?

There is also a massive space just dying to be planted up on the old road, even if only the edges of the field. But no, they plant a small circle on the tiny piece facing the motor garage.

The floral displays are meant to be a diversion from the take aways, kebab shops, pie shops and pubs. Oh and the sh##e hole row of shops opposite Armoury Bank.
