Whilst using the R&A website to follow the progress of players attempting to qualify via the regional qualifiers for the "Open" I noticed that there were several players who had been DQ'd, (at one regional qualifying venue there were 5 DQ's). Our club pro told me that he was aware of quite a number of players who were DQ'd because they had breached the "one ball" condition which was in operation.
Does anyone on the forum know how often and at what events the "one ball" condition is used?
