Message:   Riding from Blackrock to Monkstown, as you reach the village opposite Goggins pub, the road is 2 lanes wide and in the centre of the 2 lanes there's a large smooth metal plate with raised tarmac edging. If you were braking and moving into the right hand lane to turn right, you'd easily find yourself on it and on a wet night it could be nasty. BTW it's been there for at least two and a half years! (I know 'cause I complained to the Council about it before - time to start again!)
