Yes I love Steve Young's stuff...a friend of mine in Australia sent me a "best of" of his back in 2005 and I really dig it, Seven Bridges Road and Montgomery In The Rain are, as you said, awesome, and I love his take on "Lonesome, On'ry & Mean" too...I'd only ever heard Waylon's version of that before.

I will indeed spread the word...I've been considering doing an acoustic version of Montgomery...or SBR for a while, I should get my ass in gear and do it!

The "Townes-Stock" gig will be great. I'm really looking forward to the onstage guitar pull with Michael Weston King and Jason McNiff, both mighty artists in their own right...it'll be a night to remember :-)
