Nick, I'd like to add a gentle "amen" to Peter's post. I understand the sentiments in your series hiatus note -- not enough feedback, desire to try other genres, etc. But please know that you have fans out here who are eager to read more of your writing and who appreciate your work to maintain a forum for other writers. I found an update to Thicker than Water on Nifty this morning and hoped that you were writing of this family again. Unhappily I found it to be a much older chapter that you were just getting ‘round to posting to Nifty.
I thank you again for providing all that you have of your own and other writers’ stories. But I repeat my expression of hope that you will continue with the tale of Matt, Tim and the boys. I long to learn more about how Dennis becomes part of the family and grows in spite of the handicap that you revealed in Baysville. I long to see how you use Gary Jennings to develop the lives of the Rosato-Dugan clan. These characters are just too good to leave to wither on the vine.
