WF-4 Screws to mount Cowls to motor needed

Hello, I got a set of cowls at a swap meet ,but did not have the screws to mount them together and the four to mount them to the motor. I do not want to use hardware store screws unless it is all there is. I guess what I am asking is Does anyone have a few screws loose. Thanks for the great advise on this forum, I really appreciate it, Greg Mead

Greg-

Those screws are likely a non-standard size that will be hard to track down at a hardware store. I had to special order special cowl screws for mine. I can't guarantee that your screws are the same as mine, but Mercury commonly used 1/4"-28 screws, and the length is probably 3/4". 28tpi is really hard to find. Unless someone has some to mail you, you may want to try:

The screws are cheap...it's the shipping the shipping that hurts!

Good luck!

Hello, You are right. The screws are 1.70 for four with washers, but 12.00 shipping, I think not. I will come up with something. Thanks, Greg
