As I was Running |

As I was running,
the sun was scorching hot,
it was on my face.
All the trees I passed,
all the trees I saw,
each one greener than the other,
the grass I stepped on,
how soft it was
the concrete I stomped on,
how it killed my feet,
my legs so tired,
but I still kept on going,
all the different flowers,
all the buzzing bees,
all of them buzzing around,
as I was running. |
