New Name
What do you guys think? One Love Lane? Must have not listened to the Tourist when they made their choice. I didn't vote but I read most of them and I would have thought for sure the choice would have been different. |

Tammy, This might sound a bit ignorant, but is this the name of the street for your home here in the states or in JA? Either way....I like. Wish I could re-name my street. I also would like to require Bob Marley to be played in all cars that drive down my street. I can guarantee they would slow down some!

LOL not my road CC. The Westend RD. Where you been woman?  They are changing the name of the Westend Rd and were asking for people to vote as to what name they liked. I think most chose Sunset Cliffs which IMO sounded great if it had to be changed. Seems the Cluster already knew what they were going to change the name to before they asked for input.

just like burning plastic !!! Like Nikki said"it will always be the West End Rd." the cluster is tripping (in more ways than one) already.The next shot will go through the "other" foot. !!!! |

Oh now I remember this conversation. I have been out of the loop with regards to checking the board lately. I vote to keep the name the same. Why are they even considering changing it. What's wrong with WestEnd Road as it is?

dunno about dat new name...... seems to mi dem listened more to da business commmunity than the travelers..... know Dellie form MiYard and Carey from Negril Escape thought it should be One Love...... One Love sounds like an orgy waiting to happen.....or something like Lovers Lane.......ugh mi had voted for Sunset Cliffs Drive......or keep it West End Road.....but wi got One Love.... guess in da future mi gotta tell mi friends if they need to contact mi..... mi will be staying at 1000 One Love Lane......and it's BYOB (bring your own body)....lol Cool Runnings, Marko |

LOL MArko - very funny...but really... how dare they change the name?...what about history, what a bout nostalgia, what about memories...and the name they chose just gotta be so hokey. damn..everyone just gotta screw everything up. it always been , beach or cliffs or beach or west end. now what? beach or "one love" - stupid! |
