Alternative to binding?

Hello,

So, I have a dilemma. Maybe you can help?

I used to bind, usually with the top of a pair of nylons and/or an ace bandage, but it was seriously ******* with my back and ribs and hurt like hell. So I stopped. But now I have to deal with my **** far more than I did before. For the time being, I've taken to wearing a tight sports bra and layers, but are there any other methods of hiding one's breasts?

Peace and love,
Syd

Re: Alternative to binding?

Hey Syd,

The Frog Bra and one of the Underworks binders works pretty well, even if you are big thru the chest. The pullover type of binder is pretty good. You can do the Neoprene back support binder and put the velcro on the side to hide the seam, but they are uncomfortable in the summertime, and really , I dont recommend wearing one for more than 4-8 hours max. They hold in heat and you have to wear a sports bra underneath or it will indeed chafe. Dickies type work shirts can camoflage a bit too, and a tank top underneath will help too. There is supposedly a pretty good Gynomastia vest out there but I have not actually seen one in action, and have considered purchasing one, but they are pretty costly. I cant remember the name of the website, but if I can find it again I will post it for you.

Good Luck bro!

Alec
