**** man. I grew up in Portland. Lived there for 25 years. But I live deep in the heart of the South now. I do get out that way every year or so to see the family. Its a great town.

Hey you guys,

Portland is famous for its micro brews. If you guys are into that sort of thing and love a great pub and a phenomenal beer, try the Barley Mill Pub on S.E. Hawthorn and 18th St. Go for a Pint of Ruby. Its the best beer going. But everything there is good, from the food to the pints to the service. Hawthorn is a great place to hang out. Have one for me!!

i finally tasted the ruby beer! It was delicious, though I am partial to the McMiniman's Terminator stout.

I'm still looking for some buddies in Portland! Also in Massachusettes, as I may move there in the end of the year with my girlfriend.

Cool on the Ruby. They will mix you a beer called the "Ruminator" which is the Terminator Stout mixed with the Ruby. It RAWKS... Glad you got to Sample...!
