I am one of the teenagers in question, and we do not all drink alcohol all night and in fact have to be in by 9.30pm. Before the bin was put in it was hard to dispose of rubbish not only us but also people going to and from school etc so we use to put it in Lisa's wheelie bin, know its a lot easier and as I'm sure you will see the rubbish has been greatly reduced even though we have still be hanging there. We don't want to upset people but just want to meet up and chat and have a laugh. Wasn't everyone a youngster at some stage. |
